Service providers are bound to use information only to provide services to us.
Where a customer enables recording, recordings and transcripts are stored on our behalf and made available to that customer. The customer is responsible for providing any recording notice and obtaining any recording consent required by law. Recordings are retained as described below or as configured by the customer.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers are responsible for retention of their own consent and contact records as required by applicable law.
