A lead is a credit.

One credit covers all attempts on one lead — calls, SMS, voicemails, follow-ups. You only pay once per person we try to reach.

Credits expire in 12 months.

From purchase date. We send three reminders before any credit goes stale. Re-up anytime — new credits push the clock forward.

No contract. Cancel by not buying.

Pause campaigns anytime. Cancel by simply not buying more credits. Your data and recordings stay accessible for 90 days.

What counts as a lead?

One unique phone number (or unique person, in Hunter's case). All call attempts, SMS messages, voicemails, and follow-ups against that number burn the single credit. You're not charged again if we re-dial after no-answer.

Why does Hunter cost more than Call?

Hunter pays for sourcing — verified phone numbers, persona-matching against Apollo and public records, intent-signal scoring before we dial. Call assumes you've already done that work and just need the AI to dial.

What if a lead is invalid (wrong number, do-not-call, disconnected)?

No charge. We scrub against the federal DNC list before dialing and validate the number is reachable. Invalid leads don't burn credits. Hunter additionally refunds leads we sourced ourselves if they fail qualification before dial.

Is the minimum $100 first purchase per month or one-time?

One-time. Your first paid pack must be $100 or more (which is the Call 100 pack at $200, anyway — the Hunter 100 pack at $350 also clears this). After that, top up in any amount.

Can I switch between Hunter and Call?

Yes. They're separate credit pools but live in the same account. Move freely between campaigns — most teams run both simultaneously once they're past the trial.

Refund policy?

Unused credits are non-refundable but never expire-without-warning. Calls that mishandle or produce a flagged outcome refund the credit automatically. Edge cases — contact support; we're reasonable.
