How credits work

Everything runs on one credit wallet. Call spends 1 credit per lead, Setter 2, and Hunter 3, because Setter and Hunter do more work before the dial. Credits start at $0.95 each in packs and $1 pay as you go, with a 20 credit minimum. Credits are good for 12 months. No contract, no monthly seat fees.

Questions people ask

What is LeadChaser?

LeadChaser is an AI phone platform that calls your leads, qualifies them in a real conversation, and transfers the warm ones to your team. It works three ways: Call dials a list you upload, Setter reactivates dormant leads in your CRM, and Hunter finds businesses on Google and calls them.

What is the difference between Call, Setter, and Hunter?

They differ in where the leads come from. Call dials a list you already have. Setter re-engages dormant leads in your CRM using the prior conversation. Hunter finds net-new businesses on Google and calls their public line. The same AI runs every call.

How much does LeadChaser cost?

Credits start at $0.95 each in packs (Pack 100 is $95) or $1 each pay as you go, with a 20 credit minimum. Call spends 1 credit per lead, Setter 2, and Hunter 3. A 500-lead Call campaign works out to about $1.50 per lead.

Why does Hunter cost more than Call?

Hunter sources the leads for you. It finds matching businesses on Google and pulls their public phone numbers before it dials, so it does more work per lead. Call assumes you already have the list, so it costs less.

Do I get charged for wrong numbers or do-not-call leads?

No. LeadChaser scrubs against the federal Do Not Call list and validates that the number is reachable before dialing. Invalid leads do not spend credits.

Is there a contract or a minimum?

No contract and no monthly seat fees. Pay as you go starts at 20 credits ($20), and credits are good for 12 months. You top up whenever you want.

Can I use Call, Setter, and Hunter together?

Yes. All three share one credit wallet, so you can run them from the same account and move between them without switching plans.

Is Hunter compliant to use?

Hunter is built for business-to-business outreach to publicly listed business phone numbers, and it honors do-not-call and opt-out requests. You remain responsible for how you use it. See our TCPA page for details.
