LeadChaser started inside BusySeed — a 12-person marketing shop in Phoenix that kept watching its small-business clients lose deals to bigger competitors with bigger sales teams. So we built the team they couldn't hire.
The story
Inbound leads sat for hours. By the time a rep called, the lead had three quotes from competitors. The fix was obvious — call faster. Nobody had the staff.
One voice. One script. A Twilio account. We ran it against our roofing client's inbound web forms. Connect rate doubled overnight. They closed 14 deals in week three.
We added Maya, Ben, Aria, and 8 more. SMS sequences. CRM webhooks. We stopped calling it a side project.
Customers asked for the inverse — find me leads to call. We built a sourcing layer on Apollo + intent signals, qualified before dial. It became the flagship within 8 months.
