LeadChaser
Last updated June 24, 2026. LeadChaser is operated by the BusySeed team ("BusySeed", "we", "us"). Bracketed items below are completed at the company level and should be confirmed by counsel before enforcement.
LeadChaser is outreach technology that you, the customer, direct and control. This page summarizes how compliance responsibility is allocated. It is not legal advice. You should consult qualified telemarketing counsel about your specific outreach.
For every call and message you run through LeadChaser, you are the caller, sender, and telemarketer under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and analogous state laws. BusySeed provides the technology; you decide who is contacted, why, and with what consent.
You are responsible for obtaining and keeping records of the consent and lawful basis required for each recipient, including prior express written consent where the law requires it for automated or artificial or prerecorded voice telemarketing. Sourcing a number through the Platform does not by itself create consent.
You are responsible for scrubbing your lists against the National Do Not Call Registry, applicable state do not call lists, and your own internal opt out and revocation records, and for honoring opt out and revocation requests promptly and within the time the law requires. Reply STOP to a LeadChaser text message to opt out of that program; you should also maintain your own suppression records across all channels.
LeadChaser uses AI voice technology and can record calls. You are responsible for determining and configuring any disclosure that a call uses an artificial or automated voice, any recorded line notice, and any recording consent required in one party or all party jurisdictions, for each recipient location. These behaviors are configurable and are controlled by you.
You are responsible for contacting recipients only within lawful calling hours and for holding any telemarketer registrations, bonds, and carrier or messaging registrations (such as 10DLC) that apply to your outreach.
BusySeed may monitor, suspend, throttle, or terminate any campaign or account that we believe presents legal, reputational, or operational risk, and may report unlawful activity. We have no obligation to monitor, and our monitoring does not shift compliance responsibility to us. For full terms, see our Terms of Service.
